There are 50% posted industrial polyester in Soundbetter PET acoustic panel, these fibres are made of recycled bottles or fabric, it is renewable resource. When making coloured fibre, colour master has been injected into filament, so the colour of PET acoustic panel has excellent persistence.

All the fibres are horizontal and vertical intertwined together during production, which makes the PET acoustic board rigid, flexible and impact resistance. With needle-punching, there are lots of tiny holes in PET acoustic panel, which makes PET acoustic panel a great acoustic product to reduce noise and makes the sound better, the space quieter.

Our acoustic panels are safe, non-toxic, non-allergenic with no chemical binders and certified low VOC. Highly durable providing long term stability; all our acoustic panels hold a Group 1 fire Rating.

STEPS OF THE RECYCLE PROCESS

Step 1

PET Recycle Bottle

PET bottles are made of one of the few polymers that can be recycled into the same form, a new beverage bottle, again and again. This neatly closes the recycling loop and enables ‘cradle to cradle’ packaging solutions.
Step 2

Flakes From Recycle Bottle

The discarded drink bottles are cleaned and cut into flakes before being melted and extruded into fibres of natural white colour.
Step 3

Fibers From Recycle Bottle

The regenerated fibres are clean and odourless like virgin fibres.
Step 4

Acoustic Panel

The regenerated fibres are then coloured or printed and used to construct brand new products like carpet tiles, panels and baffles.
